Our discount plans are not health insurance policies and the plans do not make payments directly to the providers of health services. The plan member is obligated to pay the provider for all health care services that the member will receive, but, the member will receive a pre-negotiated discount from the providers listed in the network, in accordance with the specific pre-negotiated discounted fee schedules. These plans provide discounts at certain locations for health services.

The treatment fee and sample savings above is an example of a common procedures discounted by participating providers. Once you become a member, we will send you a complete fee schedule with discounted fees for many common dental procedures. Discounts vary by state, so please refer to your membership information or ask your participating provider for specific details.
