The plan member is obligated to pay the provider for all health care services that the member will receive, but, the member will receive a pre-negotiated discount from the providers listed in the network, in accordance with the specific pre-negotiated discounted fee schedules. These plans provide discounts at certain locations for health services. Once you become a member, we will send you a complete fee schedule with discounted fees for many common dental procedures. Discounts vary by state, so please refer to your membership information or ask your participating provider for specific details.
